Terms and Conditions for Delivery and Returns

1. Order  Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery  Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days (domestic orders).
• Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (domestic orders).
• International  Delivery: 7-14 business days (depending on location).

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and shipping method selected.
• Free shipping may apply for orders exceeding £30.

4. Tracking  Information

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
• If tracking details are delayed, please allow up to 24 hours for the system to update.

5. Failed Deliveries

• If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply.
• KemOil is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs clearance, or courier service issues.
